Frequently Asked Questions

Any child who loves to role play. We also have a designated area for babies in our Staffordshire Barge.

Yes, we love babies!

We have built the baby barge play area which is placed at the centre of the village so that you and baby can see the rest of the village in action.

We also want to support our parents as much as possible in their parenting journey. We are breastfeeding and bottle feeding friendly and support those who are embarking on their weaning journey with their baby. We provide a limited amount of weaning spoons and bibs and there is even an option on our menu for homemade baby purees made from our veg or fruit of the day!

We have plenty of high chairs and we have baby changing  facilities in the village

We run 2 sessions on off-peak days and 3 sessions on our peak days, so that we can provide as much fun as possible to more children. Click here for our opening times.

We want to ensure that your child enjoys a safe environment with lots of freedom. Therefore, we have session control to ensure that the village is not overcrowded and you and your child can enjoy themselves to the max! We limit our capacity to 30 children each session and in between sessions we clean the facilities ready for our next Villagers!

Our village team are here to ensure that they provide a fun, magic and happy environment to all. Whilst they will do their upmost to ensure a safe and clean environment, parents and guardians are responsible for the care and supervision of their child/children whilst visiting the Village.

We operate session control to ensure that we can offer an amazing experience for everyone and the Village does not get overcrowded. Therefore, we strongly recommend to book in advance. Once the tickets are fully booked we do not allow any walks in.  To book, please click here.

Yes, you can arrive at anytime during the session time you have booked. However, we are unable to extend your time once the session ends.

We are passionate about encouraging families to eat homemade, healthy food together. Therefore, we offer an adult and child version of the same food. We also want to support babies on their weaning journey so we have added a homemade fruit/veg of the day puree to our menu.  To see our full menu click here.

All food is freshly prepared on site by our resident chefs. We also have a sweet tooth here at the village and we can’t resist good cake and proper coffee! These treats will vary day to day but you won’t be able to miss our cake stand on arrival! And to add to that, all our food and drinks are served on local Staffordshire pottery!

Unfortunately, we do not allow food or drink to be brought into the Village. However, we have an extensive menu that provides freshly cooked food on site. Click here to view our menu.

The Village Café is reserved for those who are booked in at our village. We have capacity limits to ensure that everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable experience throughout the venue. Our Café is only open during the play session times so that we can clean and reset in between the sessions.

Waterworld’s car park has disabled parking spaces available for guests to use and our reception and Village is at ground level. We have designed the Village throughout to be wheelchair friendly. We have a designated disabled toilet with ramp access. We also have additional toilet facilities outside of the Village which is accessed by a lift.

All our play pods have been designed to give wheelchair access. Even our theatre has a portable ramp to help those with wheelchairs to perform on our stage!

If you have any further questions please speak to one of our team members who will be very happy to help.

We want everyone who steps inside the Village to leave with amazing memories! To ensure we all have a magical time we must support one another to maintain a safe environment in the Village for everyone.
